If it's a pimple, wet a washcloth with the hottest tap water you can stand and place it on the bump. When it cools, do it again. After a few times, do the opposite with cold water. That will bring increased blood circulation to the site to help remove the swelling.
A little ice on it wouldn't hurt either, but never leave ice on for more than 10 minutes or you damage the tissue.
Hemorrhoid cream will help to reduce the swelling as well.
Good luck!

Hemorrhoids are swollen and inflamed veins in the anal canal. They can be itchy, bleeding and/or painful protrusions just under the skin. To get rid of hemorrhoids you can use this natural method that already have thousands of positive reviews https://tr.im/5LKDY
There are two types internal and external. Internal are inside the anal canal in the lower rectum and external are at the anus. They result from increased pressure in the veins often due to straining during bowel movements and during pregnancy. Scratching in an attempt to relieve the itching symptoms further weakens the area and compounds the problem.

If its a white-head then use toothpaste - cover it and leave it - it will dry it out. If it is kind of an under-the-skin type one, then the only thing you can really do is open your pores with hot stream, then exfloiate, then pack on a paste made of pure sea salt and honey - leave this on - salt is a cleansing. Wash it off and then rise your face with cold water.
Good Luck!
