Sorry. We have very powerful drugs to ease the pain.

Moist heat, take an anti inflammatory such as Aleve, daily exercise(not strenuous) try walking.

acupuncture, and make sure you go to a Board Certified acupuncture therapist.....mine requires a doctor's written referral.

Mine gave me mobility.....and I can't believe how she relieved the pain.....amazing results.

So far, it's the only thing besides tylenol that works!
