is it good to eat jus vegetables to loose weight and if not eat twice a day??????

I lost 35 pounds when I became a vegetarian 9 years ago. Do it the healthy way, just get rid of the meat and eat other things, there is plenty of great foods without meat.

Never skip meals! Its actually better for your metabolism if you eat several small meals throughout the day...Breakfast - snack- lunch - snack - dinner.

Vegetables are perfectly healthy low cal, but you need to make sure your body is getting its nourshiment so make sure you have plenty of protein! Meat if perfectly healthy to eat, as long as you cook it right. Grilled chicken and salmon are really good for you. If you don't want to eat meat, thats ok - add tofu with vegetables for a yummy stirfry, have eggs in the morning, but don't skip out on your protein. When in doubt refer to the food pyramid for nutritional guidance.

Just stay away from refined flours (white bread, white rice) and sugars, and of course, exercise!

As long as you get your protein in you should be fine and eating 5-6 mini meals a day is better than eating twice a day. not getting enough protein can be harmful to your heart, your body needs it to function and it will break down its own protein aka muscles.

No, you need protein you get from meats. Diets aren't a good idea, changing your lifestyle, the way you eat is the way to go about that.

Just do something that you are willing to do for the rest of your life. I have been doing Weight watchers for 6 months, lost 45 lb and know that i am making changing and choices that i can do for the rest of my life. It isn't something I will get bored of. There is nothing that i can't have. I just have to plan.

if u only eat vegetables it is not sufficient for u honey! u have to eat protein rich diet and some milk!
