There is always the problem of advancement. If you have sex with him, are you getting advanced because of your work abilities or your sex abilities?
For the best, don't follow this path

In all my years of working, I've only seen one time that going for the boss didn't work out. If you're both single, it's OK. Just remember, DON'T TELL ANYONE if you get together. Others will think that you'll get preferential treatment and you may. Also remember if the relationship gets ugly, you could be fired or transferred.

Nothing is wrong with a crush on your boss. But draw the line there........and PUT A STOP SIGN. But dont let it go further - otherwise it would end disastrously and you will be out of a job - not him!....Get my drift! Anyway someone accessable, available and better will be along soon - and you dont want your head all messed up by this....

I have been dating my boss for almost 3 years now and although I wouldn't trade him for the world I definately wouldn't recommend anyone else try it. It's EXTREMELY difficult sometimes and many many times I have thought about quitting my job because of it. If you do decide to pursue him you need to sit and think long and hard about the pro's and con's of the situation. Make absolutely sure it's worth it and that you are prepared for the consequences. Good luck sweetie.

There's nothing wrong about having a thing for your boss, as long as you don't publicize your feelings. Even if he returns your same feelings, workplace romance is a bad, bad idea--especially if it's your boss. Imagine if the relationship fizzled out? Awkward!

If you have it for your boss, keep it to yourself. Rumors get started this way, and never and i mean never do anything with your boss. You won't like the outcome of it. Office flings never work out and make it a horrible situation and very uncomfortable.

Yes, there is something definitely wrong with it. For one thing, it distracts you from the reason you came to work in the first place. For another, you could get so flustered around him that you end up looking totally incompetent. Focus more on your actual work. That's more important, anyway.

as long as your single and you dont let it interfere with work, then there is nothing wrong with having a crush on your boss. just like there is nothing wrong with liking an actor/actress. if you start dating him, then you might want to look for another job though

Not a dang thing. Hey if him being good looking keeps you happy at work, you keep having that crush. Nothing wrong with a crush. Just don't get all stocky on him.

Liking the boss can never be good unless he is hitting on you nonstop . It should be a mutual thing for it to be good .
