If a guy says you are nice and acts goofy around and looks at you a lot, is this a flirt and does it means he likes you? I have had this happen to me lately by somebody and I was trying to be sure I was not reading too much into it. Now, he and I aren't talking because he can't admit if it is.

Sounds like he's young and shy. He's probably flirting, but doesn't want you to know because he's shy. Or maybe he's just naturally goofy. :)
