First, be warned, as some said above me; That's a VERY typical scam so be cautious.
IF this is a show breeder with a SOLID reputation who is shipping the dog to you, then he/she will know the costs associated with shipping. You also have to factor in boarding between flights. The health restrictions are different.
Again, if this is a noted show breeder in the Country they will have references from clients in the US, or Canada. I would check them. But, over-all, I would suspect strongly that you're walking into a huge scam.

You can call the airlines,as they have different prices and it is based on the weight of the pet.The #s of all airlines should be in your local phone directory.If purchasing a dog from out of U.S.,please be assured you are getting scammed,as most scammers orginate out of U.S. and in this location.Go by the old saying of "if it sounds too good to be true,it usually is"Don't fall for any Scams.
