Technically, from health's point of view you are not fat at all.
But everyone has his/her own standard, and unless you go too far, it's OK. For 5'9" girl, it's maybe between 100-180 pounds. Less or more than that, maybe some health problem may occur, and people will 'judge' you, and you'll find a little difficult to find nice clothes that fit.
Feel free to decide what size you wanna be, at your age it's your decision, not your mom, it's your body.
It's fine if you wanna be super skinny, just do it with healthy eating habits and exercise, don't go through hard core crash diet or any kind of instant slimming pills. perfection needs time, hard work, and patience. Imagine yourself next time you wear your bikini and see the body of a Victoria Secret model on the mirror you know that it's worth the efforts.

No... you are not fat. I'm 29, 5'7 and 135 lbs and I love my size. You have to take into account for body fat , I have 21% body fat with great tone so I can still wear a size 4/6. You are by no means fat, if you want to tone that's fine; but you don't need to lose anything.

Actually, as a nursing student, I can safely tell you that you're probably underweight. Your BMI sounds way too low. 130 lbs is actually a good weight for someone who's 5'5", and since you're four inches above that, you'd probably want to be 140 lbs or so.

If you're seriously seeing someone fat when you look into the mirror, try changing your attitude. Your hardest critic is yourself. Do not fall into the trap of anorexia.

Sounds like you're fine. I'm the same height and was 130 in college. Never bothered me. The good ol' days of being able to fit in size 9 jeans...

I am 5'8 and weigh less than that so I'm too skinny! Your ideal weight for your heighth is around 135 to 140. You are not fat by any means!

I'd say no, you're not fat at all, just from the stats. You also have to take into account that, biologically speaking, your body is still changing and probably will continue to do so for the next year, so don't do anything drastic, kay?

You should be fine. I am preg now but before i weighed 125 lbs at the height of 5-6 and I thought I was porportionate.

You could probably gain another 10 pounds and then be just fine. Most men I know would consider that very skinny.

For my taste you are a bit too thin, I don't like to see bones. If you want an unbiased opinion, check out your BMI online to find out where you stand. There is one at Weight Watchers.
