Use the power of the mind. Every form of healing has a place. Expect the sound to go away and focus on every other aspect of your life. You'll no longer hear it when you do this. You'll be amazed. For the pressure, put water in your ears and clear it out with a Q-tip.

Sounds like you've got some mucus or other fluid in you ears. A decongestant should dry you up. Try Dayquil. Do so asap though because it could lead to an inner ear infection and those are NOT FUN. It's like being drunk-- the bad kind of drunk-- where the room seems to spin. You do not want that!

Is this recent? Perhaps an over-the-counter decongestant product would help. If it doesn't, then you really should see a doctor.
