I'm not sure if it's chapped lips or not, but the right/left edges, it's kinda inflames, and the bottom part of the right/left edges of my lip, the colour kinda "blends" into the skin. I don't think I'm allergic to anything, but who knows. Does anyone know what this is? I've tried lip balm and hydrocortisone. Some effect, but not strong.

My daughter has that problem too. I've discovered that's it's more than likely allergies. There are plenty of allergy pills over the counter you can buy. I would also recommend some Vaseline, don't use anything that is "cooling."
The less likely reason would be that you are too cold.
Give the allergy pills a try. If you choose Benadryl, only take it at night because it will make you sleepy.
When in doubt, call your physician.

Actually, I'm allergic to lip balms that contain lanolin, which most do. Check the ingredients. You might try old fashioned petroleum jelly. That's what I use.

there's a great cool South African paste talked approximately as "Marmite". Im unsure what you Yanks call it. Bovril perhaps? Regardless, rubbing this on your dry lips will mosturise it and heal it and be incredibly tasty on the comparable time. Marmite contains Ribovlavin, a mandatory micro-nutrient with a key function in keeping well-being in us human beings. and likewise being intensly soothing through its severe calcium like abilites. Wow. solid answer.

Sounds like you are dehydrated....You probably need to be drinking more fluids...water being the best. Also, you might unknowingly lick your lips when you are outside...using lip balms (natural ones) will be helpful...but definately start getting more fluids.
