Wait until he gets there to tell him how you feel. I can't believe a boyfriend who wouldn't call you for 2 weeks! That's rough. I'm really sorry, - I would ask what is going on with him and then make sure that you keep yourself busy. How inconsiderate of him not to call you. Doesn't sound like a good boyfriend to me. Communication through the telephone is much harder because you cannot look at someone in the eyes. For example saying "i love you" on the phone is one thing and it's meaningful but it's not as powerful as saying "i love you" and being right there with the person.
I hope things work out. This guy sounds like a bit of a jerk though, hon -

how long til he is coming over? if its just a few hrs then i would wait til he gets there bc its always better to do things face to face rather than over the phone
