I dont make a complete stop at a stop sign and I get a big fat ticket for infraction.?????

its whatever the violation du jour is...if the sarge is hot for stop signs this week, then stop signs it is.

because speeding if its only one or two miles over is a nuasance stop,where as not stopping for stop signs is down right dangerous driving and stupid as well,

I think you just had one coming and kept pushing it and finally your luck ran out...depending on your definition of speeding--5 miles over won't make them blink. My friend always told me, as long as you're not being the biggest $%#!@ on the road, someone else is, you're fine.

its easier to prove you didnt stop than to prove you were speeding.

in uk if the patrol car/bike was not calibrated that day then they cannot prosecute
