is it posible that 98 is loaded after xp and it will prompt me to open xp or windows 98 ?

if you mean install by "loaded" the answer is no. you can't install 98 after you install win xp.you have to install 98 before you install win xp.
if you do it that way then system will prompt you to choose the os when booting.

have you install win xp & win 98 on ur pc for Dual start up boot do you see 2 option to start in win 98
