where in chicago does anyone know to find a place that does mental health eval?

I have and excellent therapist in Oak Brook that does this. I have worked with him personally for 5 years. He works with adults and children. And he teaches that University of Chicago. I would highly recommend him. If you are still interested, please e-mail me at pattiof@yahoo.com
