Fruit is always a good choice. You can buy some really low fat, low calorie salad dressing and use it as a veggie dip - carrots are my favorite.

Also, drink lots of water. That is very good for you.

If you want something sweet, try Weight Watchers snack bars (lemon, chocolate, carrot flavors), which are low in calories.

I personally choose to eat 5-6 times a day, so I have "mini-meals" which are basically all snacks if you think about it. I eat things like a piece of wheat bread with a slice of turkey on it, some grapes, an apple, celery, carrots, radishes....Stick to lower carb fruits though like melons rather than grapes and oranges, they have a lot of sugar.

raw carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, apples, oranges, grapefruit, plums,grapes. Veggies have fewer calories, but fruits have more Vit. C., so you should do both. In moderation of course. good luck

well, any energy ar is good, but don't buy the one that saids that is made of penutbutter, is just that i didn't like them
