My "Strongest and/or favorite" technique? It would have to be one that is effective at the moment. I can't say that I actually have a "favorite" one. If it is going to get me out of a confrontation quickly and efficiently, that is my "strongest and/or favorite" at that time.

My personal favorite is a move that seems to have the most effect and it is: Wait for your opponent to attack, just as he comes at you side step and use a ridge hand technique to his nose or throat! They usually hit the ground hard. LOL (I have used this technique only in full contact tournaments and twice in street fights. (Which I do not suggest. I was forced into them at school by some bully. This was years ago and I now try to teach my children to walk away) More then anything else I have found that because of the speed you can get with this move it comes as a shock to your opponent and they don't have time to alter their course of action to block it. Plus from the looks of things it hurts like hell!

As far as favorite techniques....one of mine is something called the Whirlwind tiger. Essentially this is a series of downward tiger claw attacks executed with a spining motion of the body.

Another favorite techniques is called the tordnado kick. This is a series of high and low spinning kicks, crescent kicks, reverse crescent kicks, sweeps and ending in a back kick.

Also is a technique called, monkey steals the peach. Essentially this is a rising forearm block whlie kneeling down on one knee and striking the groin with the other hand, followed by a grab and pull motion.

Teep kick (push kick) is my favorite technique. I'm really good with timing and counter so I use it a lot. I seems to have ability to land it squarely in opponent's face even at close range without any problem also opponent rarely manage to block or counter my teep.

I really like round house to thigh though. Many say this is my strongest technqiue.

No matter what anyone may say, one technique is not the strongest for everyone. The round kick is one of my weakest kicks, due to issues with my hips.

That said, my preference is to use close in techniques. Kicks from punching range, counters, etc and always have a solid defense that lets your absorb attacks.

When I attack, I rarely will throw a single technique. As I tell my students, single attacks are a present to your opponent. always throw 3+ attack combos to different areas of the body. vary your attack speed, vary your attack profile. basically, keep your opponent uncomfortable and use that to your advantage.

well, because i'm a small stature woman, i personally enjoy my krav maga, almost every move in the system is a great equalizer for me personally

striking - i LOVE the roundhouse elbow! second would have to be a tie between palm heel and hammerfist

kicking - my favorite is the low line muay Thai shin kick, second would be a knee thrust to the groin...

grappling - i really like the short choke, similar to the rear naked but easier for people with short arms, like me.. another fave of mine is a kamora, i can get that pretty tight too..

locking/throwing - i simply love shoulder locks and figure four locks both followed by dumping the opponent or submitting, they make me feel strong.. lol..

I don't know about techniques, lol. But, my favorite kick is either the axe kick or the double jump kick. =) Those are my personal bests. Anything with my arms is useless unless I'm blocking. I just don't have enough upper body strength.

I train in striking, grappling, and submissions. You need all three to be a good fighter, but striking is how you win most fights and that's my strength. Straight right to the head is my favorite.

Spinning back fist, Axe Kick and/or Power Bomb. All are equally devastating, I must say.
