I am already a member but when I try and upload it it says there's an error and it needs to be saved as a .avi .mpg or .mov
There is no option to save it as any of these on my PC.

It looks like it is in Flash format...if you have the file then check out smartsoft videoconverter..do a google search..this converts one format into another...You can get a demo version that will do short conversions..the actual product costs about £15 online..and no I dont work for them lol x hope this helps x

I would imagine there is some copyright protection on that video.
but if you want to add it to youtube. there is a plugin for firefox which allows you to download videos which are embedded into a website.
