i know peanut butter is fattening but when i do want some what kind should i buy?

.Man..am I the only person that prefers Peter Pan?(: I went to Costco and they were having a demonstration for their Vita Mix. It makes SEVERAL different things but they showed peanut better while I was there. All he did was put real actual peanuts (nothing else) in the mixer and processed it. What came out was delicious and so creamy smooth.
I absolutely HATED the low-fat Peter Pan though. Threw it away after I tried it.

Peter Pan peanut butter is the best. every store sells it!
but if you are looking for a low fat peanut butter then try and get the natural kind. both are good.

If you live in a city where there is a Trader Joe's market, then choose their ORGANIC peanut butter. It's healthy, delicious and not too expensive. Good Luck.

My favorite is Skippy Chunky.
Beware of peanut butters that boast of lower fat; what they do is add more sugar. You're better off eating the "regular" style.

if you are going to buy peanut butter, you have to buy jif. nothing compares to it. and dont put it in the fridge, thats gross
