These boys have just gotten out of school,
and were by the school and Rite Aide parking lot. The boy was following him, so
he could pick a fight with him. Therefore the school is still responsible if it happens
outside of the school campus.

Man I could not even imagine... my son is not even a year yet and i think i would be trying to hurt a little kid for killing my son.. I don't care what age they are if you kill someone you kill someone let them sit the rest of there life in a jail sail thinking about what they have done it will eat at them more and more.

When children are involved its a different story. Its generally not premeditated, and since children are not expected to have rational adult reasoning skills the causes are different.

However, it some cases it should be treated as an adult case.

Lastly, if someone killed your child it all comes back to why werent you protecting them. If more parents kept their teens off the streets and at home, especially at night there would be less of these things happening. Same deal in school. If you're not a parent at home, and monitoring your child at school via teachers and staff, then you cant know what their involved in.

Whiel parents cant be everywhere all the time, these situations could still be avoided if more parents made the effort to be.

Well, my son's nearly 30, and would probably stomp his attacker's *** into a bloody pulp, but...

If someone were to kill my only son, I would kill him, his parents, all his friends and relatives, his dog, and burn his house down. I don't take **** like that lightly.
