The name of the soft drink VIMTO is an anagram of what?

Question

My son once cut out the name on the label and rearranged it so well you couldn't tell it had been doctored - shock horror!

Didn't know it was a joke! - and I also thought a palindrome is a word which is the same read backwards. Thought an anagram was a word made up of the same letters as another word! There you go - what would a boring old *art like me know anyway! It was just another day in the life of a madhouse about 23 years ago!

To The Grip - I think you'll find that's a palindrome not an anagram! An anagram is a word made up of the letters of another word - for example: VIMTO / VOMIT!

VIMTO really comes from VIM (means full of life) TOnic

Which is neither an anagram or acronym

The Grip ... it's an anadrome not an anagram that is the same backwards & forwards (anadrome being a special form of palindrome that only has one word)

Doorman - A palindrome is a WORD OR PHRASE that reads the same both ways. Anadrome is specific to one word
