If it's a dispute, Yes.

If you've been billed for something you did not buy, you can dispute it.

Then, there's a small procedure to ensure you're right, but then, you don't need to pay.

However, if you don't have any grounds, it's a cognisable offense that you don't pay.

If you're having financial problems, the Credit Card Companies and your Bankers will be glad to help and I suggest that you take it.

Have a nice day.

unfortunately, you are responsible for your credit card bills. IF, however, there is a charge on your bill that you know you did not authorize, contact your credit card company, and they will either remove it from your bill immediately, or dispute the bill for you. Hiding your head under a rock will simply result in your credit score being damaged AND annoying phone calls from bill collectors. Neither of which you want. If you Can'tafford to pay your credit card bills, and you are responsiblefor ringing the bill up, cut up your card, and seek debt management help. They will help set up a manageable payment plan foryou, and keep the credit card company and bil collecotrs off your back.

Then you will ruin your credit forever......

Then they take your credit cards away.

They can also put a lien against everything you own.
Then they can sue for return of the goods.

Then they can call you...collection agencies......and you will have problems for the rest of your life and anyone you marry will get your problems.

Your choice....if you owe the bill, why do you think you want to get away with not paying?

You can not pay your bill, but they can legally send your account to collections and take you to court.

You have a contract with your credit company which you would be breaching.
