It is like that old saying.."You snooze, You loose." I am afraid that your chance might have come and past. Did you give him any clues that you liked him more than a friend? I know you are the girl and the guy should ask the girl out but, in this day and age girls often take the intiative and ask the guy out. The fact that he has become distant towards you is also a sign that he is no longer interested in you. What to do? What to do? Well I think you should ask your girlfriend what is up with them? Did your girlfriend know that you like this guy more than just a friend? If she did then she is not much of a friend. Find out if they are going out. If they are not then you have to move quickly but, if they are going out then out of respect for both your friends let their relationship run its course. You might have a chance at a later date. Sometimes God gives people second chances. I hope this helps. Next time and there will be a next time just go for it. Let the guy know you are interested don't wait for it. Take care and good luck.

Tomboy, I think the deal was finally struck in Uganda. I suggest you look for another guy to establish a new relationship with. Otherwise, you'll only give yourself more heart troubles than you can cope with if you have to continually wait on this boy. Your friend had played a fast one on you. The ealier you realized that the better for you to move forward. Cheers!

you must be feeling out of the loop right now because you don't know what happened in uganda and you want to find out if things are going on between them?
as obvious as it is to those that are not involved, they have something going on, and couldn't tell you because they fear of hurting you.
i have been in that situation, and all i did was left them alone. kept my self busy. find another person to pour my attention to. but it doesn't mean that you do not remain friends with them. if they want you as a friend, then they will do their best to keep you. you shouldn't have to work for any of their friendship since it's their fault. however, it will hurt once you see them together and your best friend would be telling you stuffs that they've been doing. good luck!

What you need to do is ask him where you stand? If he is not interested, then just find your self some new friends. You can be friends with your girlfriend, but I would tell her that you was disappointed in her. don't play his games, move on in your life!

Stupid whore, just another case of getting him before you do.
No should not be worried, you are not worth his time anyway just ditch him and your friend at the same time.
Don't fight for the guy who didn't notice you, just find the one who will appreciate you from the first time you met him
