I'm 23 and 5'5. Right now I don't like my weight, but I was happiest when I weighed 125-130. It was just right. But it also depends on your body shape too. I am pear shaped, so my upper half was slightly scrawny. I believe the healthy weight range is around 118-140 for your age.

If I were you, I would be more concerned with your health than weight. You are probably just fine the way you are. Try a little weight training, like 3 times a week with easy light weight activites. This will be better for you and will not make you a body builder or anything. You see, weight training is good for your muscles and helps you to make your muscles eat up the fat at the same time instead of storing it.

About 130-150 lbs. should do if you are a female. Never start the day wondering if you're too fat or skinny, enjoy life and move toward your goals. Don't worry so much

Calculate your BMI (Body Mass Index). I entered your age and gender and height in and according to it, you should weigh between 115-140 to be "healthy".

try doing vigorous exercise like aerobics or running or some sport like soccer or netball where you run alot.
although walking is good especially for old people, it can only do so much. you are not making your heart pump faster so it doubt its really helping.
