If mosquitoe bit an infected person, and I killed it on my skin, probably rubbing the blood into an open sore or wound, could I get HIV in the process?

HIV is transmitted through direct contact of a mucous membrane or the bloodstream with a bodily fluid containing HIV, such as blood, semen, vaginal fluid, preseminal fluid, and breast milk. This transmission can come in the form of anal, vaginal or oral sex, blood transfusion, contaminated hypodermic needles, exchange between mother and baby during pregnancy, childbirth, or breastfeeding, or other exposure to one of the above bodily fluids.

The honest answer is that nobody really knows for sure. It hasn't been proven either way and it is possible - since HIV can live for a long time outside of its host. Mosquitos have carried many illnesses, such as equine encephalitus, West Nile Disease, Malaria. So the best thing to do is to protect yourself with clothing and repellent.

I don't think so. I am not a doctor but I do belive even if the mosquito can past you a HIV(wich I am sure it can not), the blood just got on your skin and the virus can not survive for more than few seconds in contact with the air.
