properly with being a singer myself, i do no longer think of port could help. i could think of it may dry out the vocal cords. some say Olive Oil, others honey and it purely relies upon on the guy. i'm to uncertain if the cheese could impression your vocal high quality in any procedures. yet just to make confident: one million. Drink adequate water on a regular basis (i think of it particularly is like 8 cups or something) 2. heat up right. no longer which you already do no longer understand that yet ya understand, the basics. playstation - Cough drops artwork to boot.

Gargle with warm salt water. It re-hydrates, then holds the moisture. It is also known to be soothing, and supresses bacterial growth. Also great for after dental work, sore gums, sore throat, etc.

hot tea with lots of honey and a little lemon juice. its important to put both of those things in it. it coats your throat a little without makking it mucusy (the lemon helps this) so everything comes out nice and clear.

My music teacher used to say not to drink milk or any cold beverages. It is better to drink warm water to stay hydrated.
