ask her what she is doing at the weekend ? and generally ask questions about her ?
Then you could say her hair looks nice, a little compliment never hurts.
If you want to ask her out I would suggest bowling or the cinema.
And dont dress up for it just make sure you dont look like a dork !!
wear some baggy jeans, some airwalks/pumas a stussy T-shirt and a BTKA hoodey and you will be fine.
If you can skate you could always take her skating.

Girls are the last thing you need to worry about, take time to find out who you are and what you want to do with your life before you start trying to please the girls....all that will come too soon and then you will wish you could just be one of the boys again without having to worry about the GIRLS

Just be yourself and if she still doesn't notice you, d something to get er attention. But don't do anything that you feel uncomfortable doing. If that still doesn't work, she' s not worth it and you should just move on.
