Well, I would say Charles Manson, but he was really more of a mass murderer than a serial killer. However, I think that Dennis Rader (a.k.a. the BTK Killer) is pretty scary-looking. Usually, serial killers, like Jeffrey Dahmer and Gary Ridgway, for example, look like milquetoasts, but Dennis Rader actually LOOKS evil!

I saw a devout Republican, Nancy Grace, from CNN, on ABCs Jeopardy! last night. She had the most repugnant scowl. There's no way, I thought, that someone with a face like that cannot be a Republican! Surely she is a Republican! She is so despicably ugly, I think I would be gay if that was all that womanhood had to offer. I really do.
