First, try talking to her a little bit. Not love or dating talk, just short general talk. You need to see how she reacts to you before you make a move. Then add humour to your talks; see if she has a sence of humour. Do this maybe every other day or so.....get to know her. After you get to know her, you'll feel much more confident when you feel ready to ask her out.
What to say: Complement her clothes....something small others wouldnt notice, and tell why you like it. Ex., "I really like that clip in your hair. It makes your hair look....brighter than usual" That may sound corny, but it worked when someone used it on me! Try not to talk to long or follow her around; you dont want to act all stalkerish. Just a few minutes every other day. She'll notice, trust me. Oh, and complement her brains too. Like, you liked something she did for a class, like a presentation, or a report. Girls dont want to be seen only for their looks.
Let her see how charming you can be. Girls love charm.

Ask her to meet you for a chat (on her own). Tell her how you feel and list all the things you like about her (respectfully!). She'll feel great about herself for your compliments! We girls love a bit of admiration!! And then ask her if she'd like to go out with you on a date! Preferably choose somewhere fun where you can talk and mess around rather than the cinema. If she says yes, BINGO! If she says no, take it on the chin and tell her you understand but just had to get it off your chest how you felt because if you didn't, you wouldn't know how she felt about you! Whatever the outcome, she'll be very flattered and admire you for being so mature and honest (which is very attractive in itself!!) Good luck, I hope you have success!

well, u can carry her books and say how beautiful she looks.
also u can buy her a rose and put it in her desk or in her locker and leave a note sayin it came from u, or may b u can sit on her table w/ a teddy bear and a beautiful red rose and ask her out.

aww you should just open up and tell her how you feel! try making a romantic gesture (giving her flowers???) and make sure you be as nice as you can
