I like her a lot, and wonder if i should accelerate my flirting with her since she's showing signs of interest as well. SHould I? or should I back off in respect for her bf. My instinct I admit tells me to go for it

Thats funny! I am in the same exact boat. A co-worker who is engaged but flirts with me constantly even sexually explicit flirting.

My instinct is telling me maybe she is unhappy with this dude so maybe I just need to take the next step to press the issue.

And what if you are successful in stealing this chick away? How much can you trust her? Wouldn't she be just as likely to turn around and do the same to you? On the other hand, I guess that's called karma, isn't it?
