I Want to know how do you obtain students concession on railway ticket.I checked out the raiway site but it is only given that students are offered concession but how? is not given.What are the documents required?What is the procedure?Please help me urgently.

You will get a certificate from your school. Take it to the booking window of railways. you will get concession... I think 50 %.
Go to your school office they will help you out.

walk to the booking center with a document signed by the registrar that you are traveling to visit home during the vacations and have a student id card along

You can ask your school, they have the forms. Your principal must sign it.
Some stations give them out you must fill out and principal must sign. Age limite was 25 years max student or not, school had a policy of giving out only forms for pass, they did not sign any other forms, for administration reasons. We had 2500 student in my school.
