The recipe I'm looking for was made with powdered sugar so the cookies were very light. You also put the chocolate kiss inside the dough and sealed it. I made theese for christmas one year and they were FANTASTIC. Then i promptly lost the recipe!!

Man, this recipe was extremely hard to find. I am still looking to see if I can find another one for you to choose from.

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

Servings: 40

Ingredients:
1 2/3 c Flour
1/3 c Cornstarch
1/2 ts Baking Powder
1/2 ts Baking Soda
1/2 c Unsalted Butter, softened
1/3 c Peanut Butter, smooth style
2/3 c Powdered Sugar
1/3 c Dark Brown Sugar, packed
1 lg Egg
2 ts Vanilla
40 Chocolate Kisses

Directions:
Grease 2 cookies sheets. Mix dry ingredients together well. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and peanut butter with an electric mixter on medium speed until very light. Sift in the powered sugar. Add brown sugar and beat until light and smooth. Beat in the egg and vanilla. Gradually beat in the dry ingredients until just mixed. DO NOT OVER BEAT!!! Pinch off 35-40 pieces. Wrap each kiss with dough, leaving /" of kiss exposed at the tip. Place 2" apart on the cookies sheets. Bake in a preheated 350oF oven for 9-11 minutes or lightly brown on the edges. DO NOT OVER BAKE!!! Let stand on cookie sheet 3-4 minutes, remove to rack to cool.

Hershey Chocolate Mint Kisses

Ingredients:

1 c. butter or margarine, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all purpose flour
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
About 48 Hershey's chocolate mint kisses
Confectioners' sugar

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy. Stir together flour and cocoa; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until blended. Mold scant tablespoon dough around each Mint Kiss, covering completely. Shape into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake cookies for 8-10 minutes or until set. Cool about 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. Roll in powdered sugar. Roll in sugar again just before serving, if desired. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.

Serves 24

Description: buttery,snowball cookies with a surprise center.

Ingredients:
1 cup butter,1/2 cup sugar,1 tsp vanilla, 2 cups flour, 1 cup chopped walnuts, 24 hershey kisses,powdered sugar.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Beat butter,sugar and vanilla well. Add flour and nuts. Shape dough around the kiss. Form into small balls. Bake for 12 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar.

Secret Kiss Cookies

»1 1/3 sticks butter (about 11 tablespoons
»1/4 cup powdered sugar
»1 tablespoon ice water
»1 tablespoon vanilla
»2 cups flour
»1 cup pecans, finely chopped
»1 bag chocolate kiss candies, unwrapped (7 ounces)
»powdered sugar

Cream together flour, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, and ice water. Blend in flour, vanilla, then add nuts. Wrap one tablespoon of dough around each Kiss. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35 to 45 minutes or until dough is just lightly browned. Roll each cookie in powdered sugar while warm.
Makes about 3 dozen.

Buy a roll of refrigerated peanut cookie dough (slice & bake). Bake them per the directions. When you take them out, gently twist a Hershey's kiss on the top of each HOT cookie.... You can also put the slices into muffin tins and bake them like that. They'll puff up around the edges then - do the Kiss the same way

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE KISS COOKIES

1 c. butter
2/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. granular sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 2/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
16 oz. pkg. chocolate kiss candy

Combine butter, peanut butter and sugars; blend until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; blend. Mix flour, salt and soda, add to cream mixture; stir well. Roll dough into quarter size balls. Roll ball in bowl of sugar. Bake dough at 350 degrees for 8 minutes, take out, place chocolate kiss in center of each cookie. Bake an additional 2 minutes.

No, but a lot of people make them. You could probably get the recipe by going on yahoo or google and searching for cookie recipes, because they are really popular.
