You will never know for sure unless you ask her! Are you dating this person or are you going to ask her out? Dont just run up to her and kiss her she might think your weird but if you take her out at the end of the night when you have dropped her off home either ask her if you can kiss her or just lean forward and at first give her a peck on the lips to say good night and if she responds carry it on... You never really know unless the girl's eyes are closed, she's puckering up, and moving towards you. Otherwise, you'll have a good idea that she is expecting a kiss when you feel a tension rising and the opportunity comes about. Of course, if she pulls out a bottle of pepper-spray/ mace, you may want to rethink your romantic proposition. Good luck.
