If you do find a tick on your cat, promptly remove the tick using tweezers by grasping close to the skin and gently pulling. Special collars or topical products should be used to prevent new ticks. If your cat shows any signs of tick diseases, have her seen by your veterinarian immediately.

First set the mood with a little candle light, maybe some vintage blood wine, and try to tell it it's pretty or that you like its new hair style. Then start off with a gentle massage of its belly, maybe a sexy brush over it's mandibles, and then work into a steady rhythm on that special tick area until its breathing matches in time. When you hear a sigh of ecstatic release, then you've successfully gotten the tick off.

if you put nail polish on the tick out it usually irritates the tick and it backs out. Sometimes it doesnt work. if you get the tick off put it in a cup of bleach.thats to make sure it cant regrow its butt. then you can throw it away or flush it down the toilet(i know this might sound weird )

Well, I always strike a match, blow it out, and then touch the ticks backside with the hot blown out match. This will cause the tick to back out and then you'll know it you got the whole thing out. You can also put vasoline on it and it will smother the tick to death and it will come off.

Quickly. Try to pull it off with a tissue. If it is stuck, try to see if you can get it with tweezers. If it is still imbedded too much there are other things to do but you have to be careful not to pull out just part of the tick.

easiest way is to put a drop of flea and tick shampoo on it and it will die. someone dumped a puppy on my farm and he was covered in ticks, after bathing him and killing the ticks on his body we had to get his ears tick free. we took the tick shampoo on a q-tip and dabbed a bit on each one til they died. then remove it with tweezers dipped in alcohol. be sure to grasp the tick close to the head so as not to squeeze the body of the little vermin.
by the way cats CAN get lyme disease but its rare.

Rub rubbing alcohol on the tick, the use tweezers to pick it off(the rubbing alcohol will make the tick loosen its grip on the skin so you can pull it off easier)

with a q-tip or cotton ball coat the WHOLE tick with vaseline. supposedly they can't breathe and will let go. have to make sure the head of the tick comes off too.

Grab the tick by a head and pull it out, or shave the cat and burn it off. Make sure you get the head and then flush it down the toilet.
