your at school teacher or student and u have a bad headache that interferes with your work but theres no one with a car to come pick
you up oh and your not aloud to have un prescribed meds for headache without a physical adult consent letter (students)

You could try drinking a soda. It contains caffine which is the main ingredient in asprin. Drink it slowly and ask to lie down in the nurses office. Lay on your left side, and imagine the pain exiting from your head. Wait a few minutes even after the pain seems to be going away before you get up. Suddenly sitting up again may bring back the throbbing if the headache is not entirely gone.

If you are able to drink a coke or have some chocolate, both of these contain caffeine which is a main ingredient most headache medicines. It may not make the headache go away completely but it might help.

I would try and lay my head down or I would try and drink lots of water. Headaches are sometimes caused by lack of water in the brain. Hope you feel better.
