Buddhism believes in accepting the person as they are... or more so as comfortable as they feel. Buddhist find such externals as minor ( unless you decide to take monk/nun vows)

Whats the use of "looking" all holy but having the heart darker than obsidian.

But a person whom most people view as "undesirable" ( tatooed, loads of piercings ) are considered most ideal if they are Kind, Caring and Compassionate person.

You can be circumcised, mutilated, castrated...whatever... it doesn't matter in Buddhism.... what matters is are you a kind and loving person?

Buddhism is mostly a philosophy. It does not have any biological requirements. One does not need to shave his head to become a buddhist or really renounce the material wealth.

That would be an interesting and painful op !!! , circumcision is not limited to religion but also on medical and sometimes cosmetic reasons.

You need not to do anything. Budha will do nothing. You are already budha if you will put down yourself.

Not if you don't want to. It's not very ritualistic in that sense, as I remember.
