Well I've read the bad things people had to say, they're mostly right I guess when you consider him hard headed enough to put up with whatever attacks came the empires way that were eventually written down as plagues from God. But he was trying to hold an empire together as he saw it,and was really no worse than Hebrew kings who came after him. I always love the whole persecution of the Jews thing because they were held in bondage when these are people who held slaves themselves after the time of Moses, the sheer arrogance is utterly astounding. But what should be expected from a group of people who have misrepresented almost every event in their history all the way up to the holocaust, where they would have the world believe that it was solely they who were targeted by Hitler, when in fact millions from other groups also died in those same concentration camps right alongside the jewish people with zero acknowledgement by the Jewish community,as if they never existed.

Your question indicates you assume ALL christians, and their organizations, are united in their opinion. Not!
As an individual (trying to manifest a Christian point of view) I perceive that particular Pharoah as a stubborn, arrogant and mis-informed individual.
To a degree, its understandable ....he was the head of an empire, looked upon as a god and here his slaves are trying to tell him how its going to be.
If he ever had a second chance, I'm sure he would be a bit more co-operative.

Misguided. He was also a bit of a double crosser. He said that Moses and his people could go, and then he tries to bring them back.
