There is this girl that I am attracted to at work. We are constantly flirting and pranking/picking on each other. Everyone I work with thinks we are screwing. She has even told me that if she were single that I would have to beat her off with a ball bat. However, she is engaged and tells me that she is happy with her boyfriend. I am really confused about how I should handle something like this.

Just leave it alone and move on. You don't want to be the cause of someone's relationship breaking up. She's probably just being friendly and needs a buddy at work or something. Just imagine if it was your girlfiend and you two were engaged and she was doing this, would you want the other guy to pursue her?
