Does your Nissan 2005 armada tachometer needle go below zero after you have turned the engine off why?

Electronic guages are weird, some stay where they were when the key is turned off, some go to the bottom of the scale and some go to the max end of the scale when the ignition is first turned on.

And do you think there is a problem most people use tachometers when the engine is running? The Titan 2005 in the stall next to me tach stops just slightly below the 0 line.
