For those who say ''nothing'' - I don't believe you. To say such a thing is complacent and arrogant in the extreme. You cannot possibly know what might happen to your existing relationship or the feelings you might develop for someone else. Do you think you are better or stronger than all the people who have ever cheated ? Do you think people that cheat are automatically bad ? Please show a little more imagination.
I chose (was not made) to cheat when I met the woman I wish to spend the rest of my life with despite being ''happily married with children''. It might be wrong to do so (I would certainly have said it was before I did it) - but to say nothing could make you is smug and absurd.

If I felt I could or would cheat on a partner, I wouldn't get involved with them in the first place. Yes, people do change and circumstances do differ, but I value my personal integrity more than succumbing to a weakness of mind. Fortunately, I've never been faced with such a dilemma, so may be I'm not suitably qualified to answer your question thoroughly.

I used to be 1 of these "oh-so-complacent" nothing in the world people, particularly as my long term (6yrs) partner cheated on me with anything that gave him the opportunity (inc 2 of my friends), & I swore I'd NEVER put some one else through that.
But,my new partner & I weren't being intimate, & 1 nite his friend asked us to go out, my partner said No but insisted I went. That nite was lovely, we got onn really well & went out again the following week. It hadn't occured to me that he was interested in anything other than someone to go to the pub with (which is what he'd said). So, when he came on to me it was a shock, but after a while I succombed, but as soon as he tried taking it intimately physical (we'd kissed etc) I ran scared, told my partner & split with him, then walked up the rd & told the other guy I wasn't interested.
So, I guess the answer to the q is "some1 who catches me @ a vunerable moment"

Nothing. If something is not working i either sort it out or leave. For me personally cheating is not something i feel comfortable doing because there is too much deception involved and in the end too many people get hurt. I am not condemning people for the choices they make but i do think people generally cheat because they are not happy.

Nothing. If I ever think about cheating, then I'd just break up b/c no one should have to go through the pain of having someone cheat on them. Esp. if you really care about the person.

Nothing would make me cheat on my partner. If I feel the need to cheat then I need to end my relationship!

There would be nothing that would make me cheat. If your with someone then you should only want to be with them. If you are going to cheat leave them because there's something lacking in the relationship.

Nothing and I think your pretty sad person if you do? Why would someone want to hurt another person like that? If you cheat it's not really love and if it's not really love there aint much point in being together!

I would only cheat if it was for alot of money and even then I would ask my other half first if I could do it and the money would have to benefit both of us and be about £100,000 or more. I would stay with my guy
