credit debt solutions...under the fair credit act something can be done

ADD THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO YOUR CREDIT FILE.

You are allowed to add a statement of 100 words or less explaining unusual circumstances causing delinquencies.

But let's be more precise. You need to ADD THE STATEMENT and get into the business of addressing each deliquency head-on with the creditor so that you get "PAID IN FULL" on any charges offs.

You should also see if you can get a pay-for-deletion arrangement.

Also, ALL COMMUNICATIONS SHOULD BE SENT TO THE CREDITORS CERTIFIED. You should retain copies of all receipts from the post office showing the actual date you mailed your comminque to the creditors.

Get a job and start paying what you owe. Only by paying bills faithfully can you get a good credit rating.

Curious gave you the right answer, that is a law whice makes the rating agencies clear it up themselves. The most they can do limit the amound they are willing to loan yeou untill you get a new job.

All the circumstances narrated r only excuses for excessive expenditure at ur end and that too beyond ur paying capacity. Please mend ur ways of financial management and ur rating will improve automatically.
