I think it is kind of a stereotype... but I believe it is a same question as asking, "why do the Germans seek the perfection?"

Please answer me :)

You have answered your own question in a way>
And it is a bit like asking Why are Greeks famous for Philosophy because ONE Greek started passing on his ideas to others!
You are actually wrong stating Germans seek perfection as the Man who starting trying to develop the Perfect Race (in His view) was AUSTRIAN TOO! He was called ADOLPH HITLER!

Perhaps it is because a "typical" Austrian can often be intellectually curious, interested in many aspects of life, particularly the pscyhological ones, has empathy for other people.....?
Or is there something in the water?
One would have to say there is something in the Austrian psyche which predisposes Austrians to producing some of the best pioneering shrinks..... verrrrrry interesting.
At the risk of sounding racist, one could say the Chinese excell at maths, the Japanese at artistic crafts, the Swiss at cuckoo clocks, the Black American at music? There do seem to be certain racial characteristics....and thank God for them, when they are this positive!
