Obviously caffeine is not good for a one year old but health food people give babies even under one year old "green tea".
I think this is a question for your health care provider.

I wouldn't give it to the baby. If you do, herbal or decaf/unsweetened. Watch out for the teeth. The sugar isn't good.

I would be careful about the caffeine. Maybe an herbal, caffeine free type would be OK.

Only if it is decaffeinated. Children don't need the caffeine. I wouldn't let them have too much because it is empty calories.
