A nice fresh salad: Try sliced tomatos, a slice of each of a red green, orange, and yellow bell pepper, a couple slices of fresh mozzarella cheese, a few tiny strips of red onion, then drizzle balsamic vinegar and a tiny bit of olive oil over the whole thing. Salt and pepper to taste...

But, it's fresh, healthy, and won't bog you down! Delicious!
