A nice fresh salad: Try sliced tomatos, a slice of each of a red green, orange, and yellow bell pepper, a couple slices of fresh mozzarella cheese, a few tiny strips of red onion, then drizzle balsamic vinegar and a tiny bit of olive oil over the whole thing. Salt and pepper to taste...
But, it's fresh, healthy, and won't bog you down! Delicious!

How about a tunafish sandwich? High in protein, low in fat, good for you and tasty too. Don't like fish? Try a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. High in protein, low in fat, and tasty.
