Only occasionally. Certain spells are to be done in certain seasons for their best effects. When it is winter, it is summer in the southern hemisphere, and vice versa. Basically, you needn't worry about the weather of the northern hemisphere; concentrate on YOUR locale and you'll be fine.

Well, the point of Paganism is to respect the earth in all its permutations, wherever you're at. I moved from semi-rural Florida to New York City two years ago, and my rituals have changed greatly since. So you'll need to adapt.
The Sabbats would be in reverse order, and so would your element placements in the circle. It wouldn't make any sense, or honor your local spirits of place, to have a Yule ritual about cold and the return of the light when it's blazing summer outside! Otherwise, the moon phases would work the same, and your desires would be the same. Objects like incense and offerings would work the same, too.

I know that my correspondences for the directions are based on the northern hemisphere - I don't know if Fire in the South in the southern hemisphere makes sense?
Also, the seasonal differences would have an impact on timing, as well.

I wouldn't expect that they do (at least I've never heard of it), though of course your positions for the elements are different than ours. I have a fabulous book by an Australian author, and she doesn't mention differences in how the hemispheres affect results, just that the Four Corners and the solstices are different.

Yes - if you are physically located on the Earth itself, it doesn't work.
If, however, you are some supernatural being with a direct line to Satan, then they might work, but only until you are beaten down.
