I will speak from experience here.
First things first, dont make it too bigger deal. It's great to have lasted two months but you dont want to put yourself out incase it doesn't last much longer. Save all the big fancy things for your year anniversary.
As for your question:
Card: Get a card that is sweet and even comedic. Something that says you love her but not that you are proposing marraige. Messages should consist of something like: "These past two months with you have been really special and very great, You are a wonderful person and I'm glad your mine"
that is just a quick one off the top of my head but something along those lines is always good.
As for anything else, a nice trick for a 2 month is to get a small, fake rose that looks real. Give it to her, it will last as long as your relationship will.

Tell her you love her. Tell her you met two months ago and it seems like only yesterday................. Then say
"You know what a rotten day yesterady was". This will prove her love for you......and her sense of humour.
