Lately I've been really hungry, and very tired aswell. At first I attributed it to having to travel more in the past 2 months, but I wouldn't have thought it'd have side-effects to this amount.

It's not puberty, I'm not overweight or putting on weight and I'm not pregnant; my apetite usually increases when ovulating, but not this much. It feels like quasibinge-eating.

I'm going to the doctors next Tuesday, but I'm really worried I could have something like diabetes. Anybody able to shed some light?

Certain I'm not pregnant! Especially since I've had 2 cycles -due to irregular menstruation I've had since I was 12- since I've been feeling this way.
I'm only just an adult, it can't possibly be menopause!

I go to the gym every other day usually, but I haven't been lately because of the tiredness! Vicious circle, eh?

I find it funny that the stereotypical doctor is MALE. ;) Mine isn't!

Are you sure your not pregnant?

Have you been depressed or worried about anything even if its as far as world peace?

Could it be that your just bored and maybe need to get a hobby or join an exercise club?

Since you already sound as if you've accepted the fact that "something is wrong" with you then you must be worried and thats whats wrong!

It's good that your going to the doctor. Try not to think about it very much until you there. Perhaps he can run some tests and give you some more information.

Perhaps your going through menopause? It runs early in some famlies.

Perhaps your taking some sort of medication already that is having a long term bad affect on you.

Maybe you just need to STOP EATING SO MUCH and give yourself a cut off of 9 p.m. every day and if you haven't eaten by that time then you don't eat til the next morning?

Whatever it is that your going to do g'head and do that because I feel that your going to be alright. Hope that helps.

.........think about it...................

sounds blood sugar related, but dont worry a work mate of mine has the same thing, he has a little snack, apple, mars bar etc and he,s right as rain, substitute what you are eating for for something filling and healthy, good luck.
