Lots of cranberry juice, water, eat blueberries (actually better for a UTI than cranberries).
Seriously though, you need an antibiotic. AZO is meant as temporary relief until you can get to a doctor. If left untreated, you could cause severe damage to yourself.

Take the Azo and drink a gallon of pure cranberry juice. If it doesn't work, you need to see a doctor for antibiotics. You don't want to let the infection turn into a kidney infection.

You need to drink plenty of fluids, especially 100% cranberry juice (not cranberry cocktail) to help flush out your system. It will take at least three days before it clears, but you will feel more pain as you urinate until it fades. Give it another day or two, if nothings working go to the doctors for antibiotics. Some people have UTIs that can clear up with proper treatment at home and others have to see a doctor because their immune system isn't strong enough!

Lots of water, lots of cranberry juice. Pee as much as you can, even though I know how much that'll hurt, and take cystex for the pain. Really the antibiotic would be the best, but those other things should help too. If it persists for more than a few days, just go to the doctor, you don't want the infection to go to your kidneys. ;-) Tell the doctor to prescribe the generic of Bactrim (antibiotic for UTIs), if you can't pay for Bactrim. ;-)

If the AZO tablets didn't work you will need to get an antibiotic. Cephalexin is usually prescribed and it is a generic so it is pretty cheap. Wal-marts have gone with the $4.00 prescriptions is some locations.

drink lots of water and cranberry juice. if it's not too serious yet, it should go away. however, if you don't start feeling better or you have pain in your back or flank area (between your hip and your ribs on the side) I would go to the doc. This could indicate that the infection has gone to your kidneys, which can be pretty severe!

Drink cranberry juice for a while. However, UTI's shouldn't be fooled around with, the infection can be passed "upstream" to the kidneys. Not a good idea.
