Intercourse is for our enjoyment also, not merely to procreate!! If you find the answer to that question, do let me know.

Well, if intercourse is for procreation, then why would anyone who is over procreating age bother to have intercourse, I think some probably do.

Um, intercourse is also for strengthening the bonds of marriage - not to mention fun (in marriage).

I don't know why my husband and I haven't been able to get pregnant. Maybe there's some child out there that really needs us to adopt them. We'll see.

There are many mysteries that are yet unknown to us and this is one. Another is why are some bad mothers able to produce like rabbits and some people who would be terrific mothers not able to produce at all? One of the mysteries that we will never know on this plane of existance. Something we need to ask much later I guess.

Maybe god wants us to step up and work with what we have we can't have everything easy every time, also have you thought that maybe he was hoping the people who couldn't procreate would help the children who are brought into this world without parents who want them! hmmmm....

And lungs are for breathing, but some people are unable to breathe properly. And brains are for thinking, but some people are born anencephalic. There are all kinds of reasons for organic abnormalities. Such abnormalities do not change the fundamental purposes of bodily parts and functions.

A wise man once told me that when we have questions like this, we have to consider whose influence is responsible.... God's, or Satan's?

Assuming that God (or good energy) is responsible for everything, and Satan (or negative energy if you prefer), has no influence in the world, is flawed thinking. There'd be no sin if God was the only one with influence. But, since the garden of Eden, other things have influenced humanity besieds just God.

God isn't responsible for infertility... He's the one who gives people the strength to live with it and possibly find alternatives to natural conception.

I have been infertile since 1979. I have always felt like it was just something that happens sometimes. God doesn't have anything to do with it. I have still engaged in intercourse and even been married knowing I cannot have kids. HUMMM...am I bad?

HA!

I don't think God gives us all His reasons for what He does, but God has made some people that way and calls it a gift. 1 Cor 7:7
