Yes it is possible, I have seen this in so many people, you have to enjoy your life your really not here very long, so lighten up and have some fun.

That depends as to which religion you practise cause if you're into the religion of bombing people, I would say lighten up, as to other religions, I doubt there is enough time for me to mention you all.

If you are going around telling everybody that they are going to hell and you won't be friends with someonebecause it is against your belife your you qutoe verses are your anwsers then you might be take it too seriously. Bible thumpers need to lighten up. But if someone it telling you to lighten up just live a little but don't go aginast your belife.

Truth be known, it isn't about "religion." It is about a relationship with Jesus Christ that is key. Never listen to people who tell you those lies that you should lighten up. Run the race in a way to win the prize, never look left or right, look straight ahead and run to Heaven.

Do all things in reverence and in mirth. The entire universe is all about balance. Just look anywhere around the world and you can see the damage from going to extremes.

Of course it is. I once knew a woman who divorced her husband and abandoned her kids because she felt it was her mission in life to be at church 24 hours a day..."serving God."
Some people take religion so seriously that they actually fly airliners full of people into tall buildings "in the name of God."
