It shouldn't have to be choreographed. If you think you feel it and you worry about scaring the other person off, you need to reevaluate whether or not you really feel it. It just depends on the couple. Relax, and let it come when it just comes naturally.

I think you should say I love you when you feel in love with that person. You have to consider how comfortable you are with that person also. I think if the feeling is mutual, is will be natural and not awkward or uncomfortable. If it does feel a little off when you tell your true love how you feel, I fear it may not be so true. Good Luck. there is no set time as to when someone can say "i love you". it is just something that happens. when you truly do love the person then you will not worry about whether or not it is the right time to say it. It all depends on when you are in love.

that is a good question I think its when you find those things about start likeing everything about that person including the negative and you accept that person for who they are and love the negative just as much I told my girl friend but she doesnt feel comfortable saying it yet

You'll know when to say it because you'll share a feeling with that person that you wouldn't want to give up. Being around the person would make you feel better, and you will want to tell that person that you love them. So no one can tell you when to say I love you to another person, because you'll want to tell the person you love them.

well the phrase "I love you" is over rated i think cause guys and girl use it all the time when they dont mean it. i think if you mean it you truly and honestly mean it "I Love You" to the one person then dont be scared to say. But dont say something you dont mean.
