I have a co-worker that when I talk to her, she sometimes continues to keep eye contact with me and smile even after we are done talking. I continue to look back because I think she is going to say something else but she doesn't. She also blushes quite a bit when we talk. I would think it extremely odd for this person to like me, but thats what I think! What do you think?

Look at the expression on her face when she is staring at you. When you speak to her, if she cannot look you in the eyes directly chances are that she likes. Do you like her too. You forgot that part in the question. lol

Some people have learned different ways to interact, depending on the family that they grew up in. Sometimes people like to actually think about what someone has just said; or maybe she is slightly shy and wants to leave a good impression and not offend you.

I wouldn't pursue this any further as it could be taken as a come - on ("I notice that you blush when I speak to you"), would be considered harassing and may not be at all true. Again, she may just be shy. Love relationships at work are really to be avoided anyway , especially when they don't work out it gets ugly.

The other option is to go to lunch with the person so you can get to know each other better. Get the radar out and see what happens.

in case you're conversing with somebody, you ought to consistently safeguard eye touch. it particularly is user-friendly courtesy. If somebody makes eye touch with you the dimensions of your touch would be quickly proportional to how beautiful that individual is or isn't. Flirting is greater direct and oftentimes comprises suggestive banter of a humorous nature. Eye touch is connection.

I used to have a boss who did that, I found him extremely creepy!!!
As soon as you start to feel like this stare down has gone on too long, make a polite excuse, and excuse yourself
Or you can do what I did, and say, "stop staring at me you old freak!", get fired, get better job
